Wild Yak is an award-winning London based independent production and general management company led by Producer Oliver King.

 

We specialise in new writing with a political, social or historical edge and international work.

 

We produce, develop, finance and manage all forms of live entertainment, including theatre, concerts, comedy and dance productions, as well as private events and commercial photo and video shoots. We have recently set up a new arm with a focus on developing original drama content and documentaries for film and television and also act as general managers for a range of organisations and independent productions. Wild Yak is a SOLT and PACT-registered production company.​

Oliver is a member of the Society of London Theatre and the League of Independent Producers. For his role as the UK General Manager and Producer of The Mongol Khan, he was awarded The Order of the Polar Star, Mongolia's highest civilian honour bestowed on foreign citizens.

Recent and upcoming stage productions include the Olivier Award nominated What We Talk About When We Talk About Anne Frank, the multi Off West End Award winning The White Factory, Seagull: True Story, Yentl and The Price (all Marylebone Theatre), the UK return of Slava's SnowShow (Harold Pinter & UK Tour), Dr Strangelove (Noel Coward), The Mongol Khan (London Coliseum & Marina Bay Sands, Singapore), Giselle (London Coliseum), Restless Natives the Musical (Scottish Tour) and Glengarry Glen Ross (Palace Theatre, Broadway).
