Wild Yak acted as Consultants to The Allied China Europe Society on the 2017 Athene Festival and Screen China Summit at the Guildhall in the City of London. We provided sales and marketing advice, including website design and re-branding, financial and management advice, and drew up Festival corporate sponsorship plans and documents. 

 

The Athene Festival is an annual event at which leading figures from the UK and Chinese Film, television and entertainment industries, come together with Chinese investors, for several days of discussions and screenings with the aim of promoting and encouraging cultural exchange with China.

 

The highlight of the Festival was the Screen China Summit and the Athene Guild Awards Ceremony and Gala Dinner, both of which were held at the Guildhall on the 31st March 2017.

Speakers at the Summit included Dai Xiao-Jun, Chairman of Starlight Media Group, Ding Ya-Ping, Head of China National Arts and Film / TV Research, film director Michael Hoffman, producer Andy Paterson, and writer Jay Parini.
